After practicing yoga from very early age of 12, he decided to leave his family and friends behind to pursue the yogic path and meet his first Yoga Master - Narayan Muni at Jharsuguda Muni Samaj Yoga Ashram. It was here he took his first steps into the Himayalan Tradition. In 1988 he met his second Yoga Master - Swami Niranjan ji to learn the wisdom of the Vedas. There he came across the Jnana Yoga (knowledge), which taught him the important lessons in the path to self-realization. After joining Sri Satya Sai Baba's ashram to learn the spiritual beauty and value of the Karma Yoga (charity work), his life changed completely. There he learned that he had to undergo a heart surgery. That experience made him realise the importance of charity. In the year of 2001 he left home for the last time. The decision to become a monk had been made and his wonderings eventually led to the holy city of Rishikesh. Here once again he met the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, but this time to never leave it again. After studying and practicing yoga under Swami Veda's motherly heart, his greatest guru, and becoming a master in the Himalayan Tradition, he opened his first Yoga School, where we welcome students and seekers from all around the world to carry on India's most important heritage, Yoga.

Yogi Navkant Ji has completed a master’s of science in yogic science and holistic health and is trained in different aspects of hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga psychology, yoga therapy and health.
He shares the knowledge and experience of yoga learned from different yoga professors and teachers of university, helping to understand the basic principles of yoga that students need in order to better prepare the foundations on which they can begin their journey.

Where in the main objective is to provide results with different Yoga practices integration to alternative therapies like Marma therapy, Pranic Healing, Reiky, Naturopathy, Hormonal Therapy, Prenatal-Postnatal. Her total experience includes working with organizations and renowned Academies and have also gained vast experience of dealing and counseling people by working with Academy. Jehir Abbas- Also called as Siddha- brings a wealth of knowledge from his diverse experience and background, he has been formally educated in Masters of business administration in Marketing management and post graduate in retail management and also has a degree in geography. He has previously worked with Multinational companies in Dubai and India. Jehir is been always a follower of his passion and to follow his passion of yoga he came to the yoga capital Rishikesh, eventually he has successfully completed 500 RYT Teachers training course. Having come from a cultural background of deep spirituality, he was always drawn to the different practices of yoga from a young age. Teaching yoga classes quickly took over and he has begun to share his passion for it. His yoga classes blend his love of creative ways of sharing this traditional knowledge with a modern aspects which connects the students deeply. With his continuous studies in different breathing practices (Pranayama), Safe alignment and yoga as a modality to heal. There is a major focus on mindfulness, body and breathing awareness, Yoga nidra and various techniques of meditation as well as dipping into the more subtle aspects of yoga. Nicky ji was born and raised in Rishikesh where he has learned yoga from many great masters. With over 7 years’ experience in teaching yoga and teacher training, he has a good practical knowledge of teaching. He also studied in Uttarakhand University and holds a 500 hours YTT certificate and is certified with yoga alliance USA.
