The 50-hour Yin Yoga training program of Vinyasa Yoga Academy, Bali, is delivered in an intense 5-days program at the beautiful and peaceful surroundings Morning hours and a day with scheduled classes balance hands-on work, theory, and self-studies for in-depth learning at low time costs with all the required teaching quality.
Accommodation
Only those students who enroll in the yoga course are given accommodations by Vinyasa Yoga Academy. Therefore, friends and family are not eligible for housing; however, they can still stay on campus by renting a different room. The student must show up for all of the Vinyasa Yoga Academy's planned events.
Food
It is common knowledge that food is a vital component and the source of life's energy for the human body. Our physical and emotional health is impacted by the type and quality of the food we eat. When nutrition is discussed from a yogic viewpoint, it encompasses much more than just the food's nutritional value. Since a full-fledged yoga practice necessitates the body's adequate nutritional augmentation, the energetic component of nutrition must also be taken into account while deciding on your diet.
Good news for yogis: Sattvic cuisine is completely vegetarian. As such meals don't include any animal components, and no animals are harmed in their production. Natural farming practices and the absence of any hazardous additives, preservatives, or tastes are required for these goods.

Yogi Yansa ji was born in Klungkung, Bali in 1972, discovered the transformative power of Yoga at a young age when he stumbled upon a book on the subject in the 6th grade. Intrigued, he began to experiment with the movements and breathing exercises, but without proper guidance, he hesitated to dive deeper into the practice. Prior to fully embracing Yoga, Yansa endured chronic pain, relying on multiple daily doses of medication. A turning point came when a doctor recommended a colonoscopy, leading him to explore fasting. Seeking guidance, he found mentorship under Sanyasi Dada Vibhakarananda and delved into the world of Yoga. Under Dada's guidance Yansa experienced remarkable physical and mental transformation. Eventually, he received initiation into the Ananda Marga community. He completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Yoga Foundation and Meditation of Ananda Marga, under the guidance of Master Manohara and Dada Vibhakarananda. Yansa now teach yoga and spirituality in World peace Yoga School yoga teacher training programs and retreats Manohara has been a significant source of support in his teaching journey, as Yansa's goal is to impart the wisdom of sadhana practice and help people lead healthier lives. Yansa's life has blossomed through the practice of Yoga, and he is grateful to share its benefits with the world through the mission of World Peace Yoga School.
Kshaktriyayogi Shakti started his journey towards the true knowledge of wisdom at the age of eleven. He started his yogic journey by introducing himself in thathuva dhyanam and Yogam. He has fully accomplished himself in different styles of Yogasanam, traditional Dravidian martial arts and Kshaktriyayoga. He began sharing his knowledge in an altruistic way as he believes that by aquiring this knowledge, he will succesfully be able to better the society. He is extremely disciplined in his personal life as well as in his teachings and loves to give highly detailed explanations and instructions to his students. Students leave his classroom gaining new and clear insight on the ancient knowledge of wisdom. He has completed his 500HR Yoga Teacher Training and is currently pursuing a Bachelor in naturopathy and yogic science.
Dr. Devyani Semwal is a qualified Ayurvedic physician and wellness expert serving at Samadhi Yoga Ashram & world peace wellness, Rishikesh. With a strong foundation in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and therapeutic nutrition, she offers personalized wellness consultations, Panchakarma treatments, and holistic lifestyle guidance to seekers from around the world. Blending ancient healing wisdom with modern health strategies, Dr. Devyani designs integrative wellness programs that address body, mind, and spirit. A national-level athlete and mountaineer, she brings deep experience in physical fitness and mental resilience to her practice. She is also a Khelo India sports medalist, and a passionate advocate for preventive health and women’s empowerment. At the Ashram, she leads workshops, detox retreats, and one-on-one dietary and wellness consultations rooted in the Himalayan tradition. With compassion and clarity, Dr. Devyani guides individuals on a transformative journey toward balance, vitality, and inner peace.
Born in Germany, Hannah has always been fascinated by health, movement, and the incredible intelligence of the human body. Her journey into yoga began more than eight years ago and soon became a path of deep self-discovery and transformation. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India – the birthplace of yoga – where she immersed herself in traditional teachings and the philosophy behind the practice. Over time, her curiosity led her to explore Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Prenatal Yoga, adding depth and sensitivity to her teaching style. Alongside yoga, Hannah is a Holistic Health Coach with a foundation in Ayurveda, supporting people to improve their wellbeing and integrate sustainable, nourishing habits into their daily lives. Dominika, originally from Slovakia, found yoga four years ago and quickly fell in love with how it brought her peace, balance, and connection. Over the past two years, she’s dedicated herself fully to studying, practicing, teaching, and sharing her passion with others through the gentle art of Yin Yoga. In her classes, Dominika creates a calm, safe space where students can slow down, breathe, and simply be. She guides with warmth and awareness, helping each person release tension, reconnect with themselves, and find stillness within.
