Why To Pay Registration Fee

Why Our Yoga Course Is Free? & Why Do You Need To Pay The Booking Amount?

Why Our Yoga Course Is Free?

You will find tons of yoga studios, schools, and institutions worldwide that are offering yoga classes. Some of them are not even Yoga Alliance-approved, but the increasing number of schools shows that it has become a business. They charge a large amount in the name of yoga teacher training courses and offer luxurious retreats. They have forgotten that the true intention of a yoga teacher training is to make true yogis. Many individuals can’t afford this type of training.

Vinyasa Yoga Academy does not offer free yoga courses but it is our gift to the yoga community and worldwide yoga practitioners who can’t spend thousands of dollars on a yoga teacher training course.

We aim to share true yoga knowledge with more and more people. Keeping the course fee to zero helps us to achieve our goal and share this divine knowledge with more people.

We also accept donations to work as a functional yoga school and it keeps the school running. A part of your donations is shared with our team and teachers.

No one is bound to donate a fixed or minimum amount of money as a donation. Everyone is free to donate whatever they like to serve this yoga community. Your donations mean a lot to us and our team.

Note: The free course does not include food & accommodation.

Why Do You Need To Pay The Booking Amount?

Vinyasa Yoga Academy is a Yoga Alliance-registered school and all registered entities need to renew their certificate each year with a membership fee. On top of that, we use several third-party tools to offer our online courses and confirm your bookings. They charge us a fixed amount on a monthly or yearly basis. We need to continue using these tools and services to achieve our goal and serve the yoga community. We also have a team to assist you during your course and help you make your transaction smooth. We charge only $299 as a booking amount for all these processes mentioned above. There are no additional charges for your yoga teacher training other than that. This is a one-time payment that ensures your spot in our yoga course. We only offer limited seats for the training. This booking amount plays a crucial role and enables us to cover basic operational costs for yoga courses. However, if you wish to contribute more, then you can also donate some money which will help us to offer this education longer.

How your day looks like

Daily Schedule

The daily schedule for a yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh might begin as early as 5.30 to 6 in the morning and finish by 8 to 10 in the evening. You are kept occupied the entire day with challenging yoga sessions under the direction of yoga experts, theoretical lessons to complement it, and other such activities. Thus, getting into shape, adopting a good diet, and reading blogs on yoga training experiences all help one psychologically prepare before the program starts.

You must have an upbeat attitude as you get ready for the day so that it permeates the entire event. Early risers frequently have very well-defined sleep schedules. This means that practicing discipline on the yoga path also entails going to bed early and most likely at the same time every day.

Food

It is common knowledge that food is a vital component and the source of life's energy for the human body. Our physical and emotional health is impacted by the type and quality of the food we eat. When nutrition is discussed from a yogic viewpoint, it encompasses much more than just the food's nutritional value. Since a full-fledged yoga practice necessitates the body's adequate nutritional augmentation, the energetic component of nutrition must also be taken into account while deciding on your diet.

Good news for yogis: Sattvic cuisine is completely vegetarian. As such meals don't include any animal components, and no animals are harmed in their production. Natural farming practices and the absence of any hazardous additives, preservatives, or tastes are required for these goods.

Life changing experience! I have traveled the world over my 58 years on this earth and never experienced this deep, thought provoking guidance. I just wanted to improve my yoga practice. I came knowing NOTHING but I wanted to do correct poses. As I stated, I am 58 years young and only tried yoga a year ago with DVDs and you tube. I recommend this specific school because their is something amazing going on here up in the lush beautiful green hills of Rishikesh, India. Your mind is the only thing holding you back. I found Vinyasa Yoga Academy online while searching for schools. I was drawn to this school and a year later was blessed to come learn not only physical yoga but SO MUCH MORE. I believe, never in the states could I have had this experience for 1/3 the cost AND included room and board and the best weekly outings on our day off.
